Returns
You can return your item within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- In its original packaging
- With proof of purchase
A $30 restocking fee applies per order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid at checkout are not refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item, the same conditions as returns apply.
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer pays return shipping
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
If the item was a gift, the refund can be issued as an Eeveve Gift Card.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 working days and include photos so we can resolve this quickly.
