Yes. There are three possible costs, and the first two can be avoided.

• Return shipping. You arrange and pay for the return label.
• Restocking fee. $30 per order. We waive this if you choose an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
• Outbound shipping. If your order shipped free, we deduct the actual shipping cost we paid to send it to you.

An exchange or store credit is almost always the cheaper choice, because the $30 fee comes off.

Made-to-order items, including limited collection drops and pre-orders, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
