Eeveve Puzzle Play Mats are covered by a 365-day limited warranty on defective products, provided you use them for their intended purpose.

What the warranty covers. Manufacturing and material defects that appear in normal use.

What it does not cover. Damage caused by how the mat is treated, including:

• heavy or aggressive vacuuming, which can lift the printed top layer
• soaking the mat or cleaning it while very wet, which can make the print let go
• accidents, staining, furniture marks, pets or improper cleaning

Home use. Our mats are made for normal use in a home. They are not rated for daycare, nursery, gym, clinic or other commercial and professional settings, and that use is not covered.

Your warranty claim can be sent via the contact form. Please include your original order number and date of purchase, a photo of the described issue and a confirmation of your shipping address.

In case your Eeveve puzzle play mat has arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a replacement. That is a courier deadline, so it cannot be extended.
