Return rules 

Returns are accepted within the 30 days, starting from the date the order is marked as delivered. We fully refund minus a $30 restocking fee per order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and cost.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving the package and contact us within 5 working days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment. If it was a gift, it can be exchanged for an Eeveve Gift Card.
